Refund policy

New members can request a full refund within 14 days of signing up — no questions asked. Email hello@nashra.news from the address tied to your subscription.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate the unused portion of the period — but we never charge a cancellation fee, and your access continues right up to the period's end.

If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window but haven't used the membership benefits substantially, email us. We resolve these case by case in good faith.

Visit your billing portal (link in any membership email) and click “Cancel subscription.” Or email us — we'll handle it manually.
